Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

        Perfect fit and super comfortable

        Got my flannel, threw it on and it was perfect. Perfect fit, just the right amount of stretch and not too bulky. This will be my Fall uniform. It breathes well, can wear over a t-shirt or tuck it in if I want to look a bit more put together. The best part is that I don’t feel like I am going to tear the back by crossing my arms. I will be ordering another one in a darker color.

        Only word of warning, check the sizing recommendation and get your measurements accurately. I wear XXL (for a loose fit). I measured myself and I landed on XXXL, which surprised me, but went ahead ordered that size and glad I trusted the chart. The XXL would have been a bit tighter than I would wear a flannel. These shirts are roomy across the shoulders and tapered around the waist, so I guess more of an athletic fit. So, again, measure twice, shop once.
