First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

- Lightweight knit upper & mesh tongue resulting in improved breathability⁠

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

- Specially formulated EVA compound midsole that is lightweight, high cushioning, and high rebound⁠

- Highly durable molded rubber outsole that features a vertical tread for lateral traction and a horizontal tread for linear traction⁠

    Not as good as the old version

    The composition of these shoes have changed and I find them much more rigid than my old pair, which I absolutely loved. The tongue is uncomfortable because of the rigid material and the sole seems much harder, making it not comfortable for running metcons. I usually wear a 6.5 because I like my shoes to be very fitted, but I had to return that size because they were way too tight. I have the size 7 and the fit is much better but my feet slide around more than I like. These shoes are also not comfortable for running wods. They seem fine for power lifts. I will likely use these shoes for everyday walking and for light hiking because I like a minimalist shoe with a low drop and wide toe box. I'll continue to wear them for metcons and power lifts for a while in the hopes that they break in over time and maybe I'll grow to love them. I just miss the old version because they were immediately comfortable. I'm giving them four stars because they are still one of the few good options for versatile CrossFit shoes and I love Born Primitive.

    Game Changer!

    Wow! I absolutely love these shoes! They are a game changer in my workouts. They are comfortable, they give me support and stability. I usually change shoes to match what I’m wearing. Well, I put all of my other shoes on the back burner and I only wear these in the gym. So I guess I need to buy more. I’m glad I took a chance and ordered these!
