Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Cute but did pill.

    Perfect Echo and ERG Bike

    I don't like how shorties leave my skin to contact the seat of bikes, so for those workouts, I go for a tempo biker short, always cute and love the side pockets and no front seam. 150, 5'7" and medium fits me best.

    As a triathlete this hit the mark for my bike/run bricks: high waisted, doesn’t budge (no leg grip but not needed), thinner yet not showy due to the print, more breathable than many…SO comfortable. Perfect for biking, weight lifting, and HIIT workouts. Fit true to size.
