Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

An integrated face mask is built into the hood for increased coverage and added protection against sun, wind, or dust.  The oversized hood offers extra coverage for your head and neck, while extended sleeves with thumbholes provide additional protection for your hands and wrists. With a loose, airy fit for maximum airflow, this shirt ensures you stay cool and comfortable during long days in the sun.

    Amazing Sun Shirt

    I’ve put the Born Primitive Sun Shirt 2.0 in Paloma Grey through some serious testing over the past few weeks—long hikes in Southern California heat, trail runs, and even a full day out on the water—and I’m genuinely impressed. This thing is a game-changer for anyone who spends time in the sun and wants to stay protected without feeling like they’re wearing a sauna.

    If you’re active in hot, sunny conditions and hate reapplying sunscreen every hour, do yourself a favor and grab this. It’s comfortable, functional, and stylish in a low-key way. Born Primitive nailed the Sun Shirt 2.0. Highly recommend—especially in Paloma Grey. I’ll be buying a backup!

    Very well made shirt. Nice fabric, doesn't feel like plastic. It would be nice if they made them in tall/long sizes. I am 6'4" tall, and for me, the sleeves could be longer.

    Love this shirt

    My husband and 2 teenage boys all have this shirt. Fits like expected. They bought it to wear on the boat and my one son bought it for spring/fall running. They all love it! all three are lightly under 6 feet. 145-160 pounds.

    Inconsistant Fit

    I ordered two of the medium size Sun Shirt 2.0, tan & brown, and the sleeve length was great and the body was a relaxed fit, perfect. I later ordered a medium Marina and the sleeves were a little shorter and the body not so relaxed. I thought it was a fluke, returned it and ordered another medium size, but it was the same as the first. It would seem that the Marina Sun Shirts are made at a different location than the other two shirts, just a guess. I returned the second one and ordered a large instead of going for a third strike.
