Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

        Love it, but Prolly Wont Workout In It

        I wear a lot of black to work so I’ll have my workout bras & shorts underneath my clothes. This bra def keeps everything in place but I feel like it’s too nice a bra to workout in. It’s strong & love the cut.

        Comfortable but have one suggestion

        The pads stay in place and this bra is fairly comfortable. But it is ribbed on the inside too, so it makes my skin feel itchy after a long time. If the inside of this bra was a smooth and soft fabric, this bra would be 5 stars!
