FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Best Thermal

    I love that I don't get the itchy feeling I get when wearing thermals made of cheap material as a first layer. These are warm and super comfortable. I'm 6' 205 lbs and the large fits perfectly. This one was a medium and though it was a little tighter, it fits well under uniform shirts. These are by far my favorite thermals.
