Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

        Absolutely love

        I’ve had my eye on this dress for awhile. I love how lightweight and breathable it is. It’s also very figure flattering. It’s a great length as well and the pockets in the front are very convenient. I’m in between sizes so I sized up to a M for a looser fit and I’m glad I did. It feels a little more snug in the under arm area so sizing up helped with that.

        Comfortable, but a little disappointed.

        I was so excited to get this dress, and when it arrived I was still just as excited because it looked just like I thought it would. I was incredibly disappointed when I tried it on because there were no built-in shorts. I understand that it's my fault for buying without really verifying whether or not the dress had what I wanted, but in all honesty, I feel like built-in shorts in a workout dress from a workout company make sense, right? I just wear some BP shorts with my dress, which is a solution, but it would be much easier if there were built-in shorts!!! The dress itself is comfortable and breathable, but it is just inconvenient.

        I ordered an xs (normally small in leggings) & was swimming in this. It was very large and long. Its possible in the right size it would be cute. Id recommend ordering 2 sizes smaller
