Super helpful for Snatch lifts!
Fits perfect. Love it
I feel like a toddler with my pullups on and training how to use the toilet like a big kid. I'm a noob with the lift, so one hard bump on learning the form got me gun-shy. Gotz to pay the dues.
I bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them!!
I learned the hard way that technique is everything during any sort of snatch complex. Of course as we get better we don’t risk making the wrong sort of contact, however majority of us are guilty of rushing the reps during wods and letting technique go out the window. These snatch shorts are perfect for those moments and even for the inexperienced lifter who just doesn’t want to hurt their mid line with so much contact. 100% recommend!

Every bra serves a different purpose for different activities and we recommend referencing each specific bra product description to determine the best bra for your body and sport. Our bras should generally fit snug. Wearing the bras too loose will not likely provide adequate support.
***Please note, a majority of our sports bras are medium support and medium coverage. If you are looking for the highest impact support that we offer; check out the X-Factor, Intensity or Moxie Sports Bra!

The Snatch Shorts fill a desperate need in the Olympic weightlifting community. For too long, many lifters have had to suffer through Snatch because of the severe pain that can occur when the bar strikes the tip of the pubic bone during the transition portion of the lift. Up until now, nothing has existed to address this common issue. Many times, lifters will choose to incorrectly bounce the bar off of their quadriceps in order to avoid the painful bar strike in the pubic region. Other lifters become timid when the weight becomes heavy because of the inevitable pain they know they are about to experience.
You cannot expect to PR your snatch if you have ANY reservations as you walk up to the bar! Enter- our men's snatch shorts.
Our weightlifting shorts have been designed and fine-tuned by avid Olympic lifters to protect your pubic region. The flexible pad maintains a low-profile to ensure maximum mobility while offering maximum protection. Men's snatch shorts will add to a lifter’s confidence because he/she will no longer have any reservations or fear. These shorts for weightlifting are also great for coaches to use with less experienced lifters when trying to teach the proper bar path because it provides an aiming point for the athlete at the lift’s transition. These weightlifting shorts can also serve as your regular compression shorts for any other exercises you might have to complete later in your workout, which is an important feature for all of our olympic weightlifters out there. Next time you have to snatch, grab yourself a pair of men's snatch shorts and PR WITHOUT THE PAIN!
