Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

Built for strength, HIIT, and running, the Savage 1 Men's Training Shoe delivers top-tier comfort, durability, and grip. Wide toe box, cushioned rebound midsole, and multi-directional traction keep you grounded through any workout.

- Wide toe box for natural toe splay for better balance and comfort⁠ (95mm on Size Men's 9)

- Lightweight knit upper & mesh tongue resulting in improved breathability⁠

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

- Specially formulated EVA compound midsole that is lightweight, high cushioning, and high rebound⁠

- Highly durable molded rubber outsole that features a vertical tread for lateral traction and a horizontal tread for linear traction⁠

- TPU Heel Stabilizer resulting in Improved lateral stability⁠ -

    I want them in every color!

    These are by far my absolute favorite trainer shoes and boy I have a shoe addiction so I do have a ton but BP is by far the most comfortable shoe to wear ALL DAY LONG even after CrossFit I just go straight to work with them on.. I’m currently working on my collection I want them in every color, I just WISH the female colors were available in size 12 I’m size 11 but I always get at least half size bigger for more room and I don’t like tight shoes so the female colors which are absolutely gorgeous I can’t have them :(

    Best toe box out there

    Picked up the Savage 1 in Black/Gold and these are legit training shoes.

    First impression: stable and grounded. The platform feels solid under heavy lifts — squats, trap bar pulls, split squats — without feeling bulky or stiff. You get good ground contact and feedback, which makes a noticeable difference when moving weight.

    They’re not overly cushioned, which I actually prefer for strength work. Enough support for short conditioning pieces, but stable enough that you’re not fighting compression under load.

    Fit is secure through the midfoot with enough room in the toe box to splay and stay balanced. No heel slip, no sliding inside the shoe during lateral work. True to size for me.

    Traction is strong on rubber gym flooring and turf. They grip well without feeling sticky.

    Aesthetically, the Black/Gold colorway is clean and sharp. Subtle but aggressive. Easy to pair with anything.

    Overall, this is a true hybrid training shoe — built for lifting first, but versatile enough for accessory work, carries, sled pushes, and moderate conditioning.

    If you train seriously and want a stable, athletic shoe that doesn’t look generic, the Savage 1 delivers.

    Would buy again.

    Tried these off the recommendation of Sevan and Taylor. These are awesome for CrossFit. They are lightweight but feel durable. The energy transfer through the floor is amazing. Having metcons before these, it’s a welcome change. Highly recommend

    Great lifting shoes. Wide toe box is amazing. Had them for a little over a year and they are still in great shape even tho I use them daily at the gym. Just saw that they also have these available in a high top version, I’ll def be buying those for work.
