    Perfect fit and support for training

    These fit and perform perfect for me. I wear a wide (EE) shoe anyway so the extra wide toe box works for me, but the only thing to be aware of is to size up to next size if you are truly a wide (EE), so I wear a 10.5 EE normally, but even with the wide toe box, I had to go to a size 11 just to make sure it didn't squeeze my foot. So far they are working, but I would request a little wider toe box for those that are wide foot. The flat footbed (4mm heel to toe drop), the light weight, and the high top all keep me stable during lifting, agility, and linear speed movements. Very comfortable and stylish in the gym. The traction is good to for lifting stability and quick changes of movements both for-aft and laterally. These are purpose built shoes for the gym. I was wearing running shoes before this and I have noticed the improved difference in lifting and performance. I would buy these again.
