Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    I own this style in multiple colors, but this combo color is so cute. I have this style in both my true-to-size and a size up; both fit great, but it's nice to have the smaller size for more medium-impact days and the larger size for more daily non-workout wear.

    My favorite sports bra!

    I do CrossFit and I’m 160cm tall and 55 to 58 kilograms (depending on how much I run lol). I‘m petite with a very small cup size but I have a, how would I put it, muscular back and big lats :D It has always been difficult to find sports bras that fit my frame and allow me to move and breathe freely. That’s why I’m so thankful that I found the Serenity bra! The open back feels and looks amazing. The front is perfect for me as well and stays put during gymnastics movements. If you have a bigger cup size I would recommend sizing up unless you like feeling super snatched, as they say. I prefer a lighter fit, and the size Small happens to be perfect. The material feels like it could work as a bikini top as well. I have these in 4 different colours 😍
