Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy for all products from the date the item is received. Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange if the product has never been worn, used or washed and the original tags remain attached.
When returning or exchanging items, simply write RETURN or EXCHANGE anywhere on the original packing slip. If there is no packing slip, we ask to include your order #, name and email associated with the order. If you are doing an exchange we ask to include as well as the color/size you would like to exchange your item(s) for. Upon arrival, items will be examined and customers will be notified once the return/exchange has been approved.
**Customers are responsible for shipping charges to ship items to our warehouse. If doing an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping out your new item**
For any product defects, we offer a 90-day return policy and ask all customers to contact us immediately at email@example.com. It is recommended to include a picture and description attached to your email on issues found with your product.
For All Items:
We ask all customers to try on with no make-up or deodorant on. Items returned/exchanged with light deodorant stains/make-up will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items with excessive staining or make-up will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. We do NOT issue a refund/exchange on ANY ITEM with any other type of staining or animal hair.
